I’m so pleased we chose Ange n Co to sell my fathers property, we live out of the area so trust and communication was key . From the time I met Ange I knew everything was going to be ok, she leads from the front and is ever present in updating the client on the process .Nothing was too much trouble and every team member I came into contact with was friendly and very efficient.Ange and Co made this process very easy from beginning to end, given that we are in the middle of a pandemic the property sold very quickly and we exchanged and completed within 4 months .I would definitely use Ange n Co again and have no hesitation in recommending them .

Absolutely 5 stars! Excellent communication, friendly team, efficient and they just get the job done! My house was up for sale with a well known estate agents for almost 6 months, their communication was so poor I was phoning them to get feedback from viewings. We used Ange & Co after having trouble with other estate agents as our property seemed like a difficult one to sell, but after 2 viewing with Ange & Co we had an offer which we could not believe. The communication was excellent and we was consistently updated on viewings, feedback and information from our buyer. Even through the coronavirus pandemic we were kept updated and even managed to move soon after the first lockdown. Even after the sale had been completed we still receive emails to check in about our new home. I would 100% recommended Ange & Co if you are looking to sell your house the service in impeccable.

We purchased our first home together from Ange & Co. The service we received was amazing, not only were we kept informed throughout the process but the service was friendly and felt personalised to us. During the course of our house buying process I spoke to several different members of the Ange & Co team, each and every one was professional, friendly and helpful. We had been looking for a property in the Beccles area for a few months & viewed several with Beccles based Estate agents which I have to say didn't inspire much confidence in their service, very little follow up to viewings and general attitude seemed that property's will sell themselves because of the high demand for the area!!! Then we viewed a property in Pakefield through Ange & Co which all through the process was extremely helpful and professional but unfortunately we lost this property, however another property came up for sale in Worlingham again through Ange & Co. Again very professional & helpful all the way, we now live in the property and cannot thank & recommend this estate agent enough for the excellent service....highly recommended
