What can i say about Ange & co except WOW! From the very first communication we had, everything was honest, open, straightforward & efficient. Ange has been a beacon of light in this rather lengthy process & chain. She has always been available for me as well as my buyers & has shown so much empathy & understanding for the situation. Above & beyond anything else I find Ange & the team to be honest- there’s no over inflation of price to get you signing on the dotted line or to work on their commission. Everything was done with us & our situation in mind & at the fore. I cannot recommend Ange & co enough for every thing that they have done. If you need an estate agent i would implore you to use Ange. In a world of agents that can sometimes be a minefield - Ange is the one that is a shining example of what the industry & it’s standards should be. I really cannot thank her & the team enough & am so grateful for them.

Ange and her team were amazing helping us sell our house having never moved before, Ange was very helpful on what we could expect. We had already found the house we wanted and Ange and her team did everything they could to get our house on the market quickly. Photos were taken on a Monday and by the Saturday we had multiple offers, and the team coordinated viewings to be back to back to work better for us. Ange then called us every 2 weeks to update us on where in the process we were and if we needed to do anything. Would 100% recommend the team and if we move again in the future would only use Ange and her team. Thank you for making the process easy for us ☺️ 🏡

Having to sell my Sisters home after her passing has been a difficult time for myself and brother, but Ange and her team have been AMAZING,I can't praise them highly enough.Tom came to do the valuation,he had done all his homework regarding the house,very respectful of our loss and how difficult it was for us to start the process,a very pleasant man to deal with,answered all our queries and nothing was too much trouble. Probate was slow, and stressful but Ange kept us in the loop every step of the way,liased with us and with the Solicitors and reassured us that it would all be ok,we we're so grateful we choose Ange and her team,would highly recommend.When nearing completion Ange was still in contact with us on a regular basis and on completion day rang us to check everything was ok and we were ok,Ange thankyou and you team for all you have done,you went above and beyond with what you had to do,you have a great team and you are brilliant at what you do.If you want a great estate agent then look no further than here because you won't get anyone better,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Everyone at Ange & Co was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my entire house buying process. From the very beginning when I came up to Lowestoft for the weekend to view 3 houses. I had to cancel one viewing and they had to cancel another, so they immediately tried to find other properties that were suitable for me. Unfortunately there weren't any others, but they were able to change the time of my appointment so that I wasnt waiting all day for it. Then, from the moment I put in my offer, they couldn't have been nicer. Someone from the office phoned me every week or so to update me on any progress and to find out what was happening my end. You really feel throughout the whole process that they really care. This was further evident when I was given a welcome box when I moved in, and they even sent me a new home card through the post. I cant speak for how they were with the vendors, but from my point of view, I would thoroughly recommend using them. Thank you, Ange and your team. You made the whole process so much better for me.

Moving is widely known to be in the top 3 of life’s most stressful events, add a domestic set up worthy of an Eastenders episode and a world wide PANDEMIC and it is the stuff of legend but the whole team at Ange and Co will make it as easy as a Sunday morning. They will remain unflusted, professional, supportive and guide you through every step. I can not thank them enough and I can not recommend them highly enough and if that’s not enough then you can get a cute key ring too

Ange, Jen and the amazing team went above and beyond for my Grandmother when she moved to Lowestoft. Through trials and tribulations, breakthroughs and ‘yay’ moments, Ange and Co were there to help us and reassure us that it was all going to be okay. Even when we got my Nan moved it and there was trouble with the heating, Ange and Emma were there to calm us and give us advice on how to sort the problem out. I cannot thank you both enough for making my Grandmother’s dreams come true with the perfect bungalow and perfect location! 5 Stars, FULLY recommend!

We chose Ange and Co to sell my dads property as dad had had dealings with Ange many years previously and he always said how good they were, I was very surprised when getting in contact that Ange could remember my dad, so it already felt like a very personal service. The whole process from start to finish was excellent, the staff were kind, helpful & extremely efficient, never once did I have to approach them to find out information, I was kept well informed about everything and once we had a buyer I got fortnightly phone calls to inform me how everything was proceeding. We have used Ange and Co 3 times now and they have been great every time with no complaints. Although the entire team have been great, there are two names that stick to mind that are worth mentioning. Tom who is polite, professional and also takes the time to come over and say hello whenever he sees us out and about. As well as Ange who again was polite and professional as well as made a point of calling us every 2 weeks minimum with updates or advice on who she or we needed to chase to keep the ball rolling. We have recommended Ange and Co to anyone looking to move and will continue to do so. Although moving is not something on the cards for hopefully a long time, if and when we do choose to move we would 100% use the team again. Thanks again to all at Ange and Co!

My father passed away earlier this year and had to sell his property. After having a few round for valuations of the property and knowing there are many estate agents in town I picked Ange & Co. I was really glad I did everyone was polite, helpful and always kept me up to date on how the sale was going. On the day of completion I received a call telling me everything was done and thanked me for choosing them. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone who's buying or selling a property.

We finally moved into our new home on Friday, after a long stressful journey. We purchased a house on sale with Ange and Co. Wow, thank goodness it was. Such brilliant aftersales support, when our own estate agent was no help at all. A house can be sold by any agent, but its the customer sales support that means the most. Tom, Ellen, Ange where all amazing and knew our chain details as soon as they answered our enquiries. Two weekly feedback phone calls to give us the solictor/chain feedback was invaluable and kept us informed. Angie and co were working for the Vendor that we purchased from. However, they were hands down the best estate agents we have dealt with. They checked in regularly with us, the vendor and solicitors to keep everything moving. They answered our queries promptly and were always helpful. They arranged access to the property for us on several occasions between us making an offer and purchasing the property. We would definitely use them if we were to sell this house!

After a terrible experience with a national online company, we thought all the stories about estate agents could be true. They are not. These guys are a hidden gem.
