GoogleI have been in my rented property for a week now. And I can say that all members of staff are very helpful during the viewings. And explained all the paperwork that was required. Gave a full explanation when signing my contract with them. So far I have had to use the for small issues. They have helpful throughout in arranging tradesmen. I would recommend Stevens property management.

GoogleA week of chasing for an appointment for a viewing only to be told at the last minute the landlord will only allow 1 pet. Surely they knew this from the start. They could have stated that it the advert and not wasted my time. Always takes more than 12 hours from them respond. Wonder how they stay in business

GoogleVery awful and poor estate agents would not recommend if you are a young couple !! We was told when viewing the property that we could change the flooring before we was to move in but we would have to leave the flooring when we leave which wasn’t an issue to us. But when we changed the flooring we was told we should of put it in writing to the landlord. So after a month are vinyl started bubbling we didn’t know what it was but we rang the carpet fitters back up and they came to look at our flooring to see what was causing the vinyl to bubble and as he pulled back the vinyl the whole floor was damp and wet and that was the cause of our vinyl to bubble. So we rang the estate agents to say our floor was damp and wet and one of the people from the estate agents came and inspect the floor herself and when we told her the floor was wet and damp she told us it was our fault due to putting vinyl down but that wasn’t the case we couldn’t cause a floor to be wet and damp. Their just all around awful estate agents and wouldn’t recommend them to any body.

GoogleThe team at Stevens Property Management have helped get on top of a backlog of maintenance issues that had built up before the residents' management company was formed for our building of 8 flats. Often the issues have not been straight forward but Stevens have been very helpful in assisting with their resolution, and they have always be courteous and professional despite having to manage some difficult situations. There's aren't many companies offering the service they do for managing blocks of flats, but I am so pleased they do!

GoogleThis company is fantastic. I can't praise all of the staff enough, they have been professional, friendly, polite and helpful from the start to the finish. I had been renting from them and am sad to leave them. I would recommend Stevens Property Management to everyone. I would definitely and happily use them again. Charlotte, Alice, Julie, Joyce, Robyn and Holly and everyone else in the office whose name I may not know! Amazing team.

I have two properties that Stevens manage and have been very satisfied with their excellent service. I have sold a property in Derbyshire and bought in this area knowing I could depend on Stevens to run the letting side, much better than my experience of a letting agent used in Derbyshire. So friend and helpful it has not lost the personal touch were others have done.

GoogleI have used Stevens Property Management for several years to manage two properties. They are far and away the best team I have employed. They have consistently found good tenants and they keep their eye on the ball with issues like upkeep of the property and arranging repairs and dealing with tenants' emergencies. They regularly communicate and keep me informed. Their fees are very reasonable in comparison to other agents. Highly recommended.

We have rarely been without a tenant for more than a couple of weeks and the majority have been long term, reliable and trouble free. Any occasional problems have been quickly attended to and we would recommend their diligent and friendly service for any landlords peace of mind.
