During this time I mainly deal with Sophie, who is always professional and efficient. She communicates well with ourselves and pro actively seeks to help us where she can. She always responds in a timely manner. Based on my experience as a company working alongside lawlors, i would have no hesitation in recommending them

GoogleI used Lawlors in Loughton for my sale and cannot say enough good things about them. They were so professional and supportive throughout the whole process. They worked as a good team and the manager Milo O’Neill worked very hard to make sure all went through successfully by keeping in contact with me throughout the sale. I would recommend them very highly !

GoogleWent to view a property, agent gave no info/didn’t introduce himself. We made an offer on the property and nobody has called back/updated us two weeks later. Another time I asked them to value my house and they called back to say they didn’t have time! Won’t ever use them to sell my property.

GoogleAmazing! When completion hadn't happened by 5.00 p.m (eek!) Tracy took it upon herself to RUN to the solicitors and get things done. I have no doubt without her using her initiative and going over and above the usual duty, we wouldn't have moved in on the day. I'm very impressed
