GoogleI would strongly advice you to stay away from the sales department. They are a bunch of idiots, unprofessional, unreliable liars. Don't be surprised if they inflate the price of the property in the bidding process. Like other reviews their letting lettings team are great but sales team are absolute joke.

My husband signed without me due to their 'special offer' - what rubbish and how useless they were 4 viewings NO one ever turned up to show house - i re-valued price in line with others then showed/sold it myself but their terms and conditions cover this so fees all stand - AVOID go to professionals instead.

Emailing me property listings without me opting in for such a thing. Was also for random properties that could not be considered relevant to my interests. Also spamming me at midnight so my phone kept waking me up with notifications. Extremely poor behavour from an estate agent who wants my business

apart from the fact they cannot list inventory properly so you end up purchasing incorrect fixtures within a property when purchasing a house they also screw you over with money offered by vendors, stay clear of these people they are all about commission, Shocking

I felt the agents were not straightforward and were evasive, slow, patronising, and, I felt, on the verge passive aggressive. I’d advise people to check out this agent’s policies thoroughly and get them in writing if you have proceed with them. I would not recommend them at all.

Not only were they slow to get us viewers, they recommended a solicitor who turned out to be the worst ever in our opinion. The photos they took of our house made it look like Toy Town.

I had a grate professional Service from Leselie & Davyd they worked fast and and at some points over and beyond with out drop of service. The best part of my experience with renting out my house was the honesty i received from Leselie that I did not find with other agents

Jade came round from Crystal peaks branch to value my home . She was very friendly helpful and professional . Followed all COVID Protocol . Was extremely helpful offering advice . Followed up with the valuation by email really quickly . Would recommend the service offered.

Overpriced liars. Giving false information at the point of sale, which includes lying about prospective buyers queuing at their door for the type of property through to how much the fees are by not clearly including the VAT in the price. Will never ever touch again and wouldn't recommend them on anyone.

poor at william h brown pudsey.... meant to set up a open day.... no photos done until 5 days before open day... despite pushed... in end had to lower price for quick sale... really should get refund as poor delivery ... once sold another staff member took over and handled it well

If I could leave no stars I would have done. DO NOT use this letting agency. It's just mistake after mistake...and then they get personal. Rude and defensive. Tell lies to cover their mistakes and give false information. They seem to forget that we are paying their wage.

GoogleWilliam H Brown/Sequence manage the rental of my house. The lettings staff have been great along with Joanne Carr, the contact at Sequence who is always so very helpful and always proactive. I can always rely on her to deal with an issue immediately and also, in an advisory capacity.
