Awful company. Avoid!!! Picked up the keys to our rental property and the house was filthy and garden was full of rubbish. The gas was switched off, the cooker tripped the electrics, we had no washing machine facilities and plugs sockets wasn't working. Took months of arguing to get the basics sorted. Our house started to get damp / mould (even in the summer) and Leaders tried to blame us and did nothing about it. All of our clothes / furniture got damaged and had to be chucked out when we moved. Never received any compensation for the damages. Told them our windows were leaking when it rained and they never bothered to sort it. Eventually we got the council / mould specialist involved and the council gave the landlord a list of repairs that urgently needed sorting. Suddenly the landlord was as happy for us to leave our contract early. We were told that the property had to be professionally cleaned when we moved out. The property wasn’t even clean to a basic standard when we picked up the keys. We moved out and now leaders have listed the property back on the market. Doesn’t even look like any of council requested work has been done. Joke of a company.

Don’t bother with this company, they will take your holding deposit for one hour then if they reject you they will keep the money and say you signed there forms saying you if you told them false information they can keep it.. even though you don’t know how the credit checks are going to come back until they do it.. they basically call you a liar even though it’s the first you know about it (I didn’t do a credit check on myself beforehand so how would I know, that’s what the credit check is for??) so yeah the law changed in 2019 to stop this happening to tenants getting robbed but I guess that still doesn’t stop them being sneaky and getting you to sign their forms and allows them to steal your hard earned money.. it’s a shame!!
