TrustpilotWow words can’t express how I feel
Wow words can’t express how I feel . I want to use this opportunity to thank the agency for their swift and consistent support for me to move in to my new home. I met a very kind and very polite lady call Cherrie who was so fantastic on my case with her consistency I was able to get a very nice apartment . I forgot to mention Ben who was showing me the properties telling how I have a good character making me feel good about my self . This is the best agency thank you .

TrustpilotGreat first experience
We signed up to Andrews with Stephen Edwards who was really efficient and helpful. a week later we were shown around a property by Nancy Henley, she was waiting outside to greet us. She was really helpful and friendly and made sure we knew the next steps to take if we wanted to make an offer. Any questions we had were answered quickly and would recommend these guys

TrustpilotAndrews provide a fantastic service
Andrews provide a fantastic service, their staff are kind and caring and a cut above other estate agents. The staff have shown great empathy and they really seem to care about their clients and their outcomes. They are by far the best Estate agent I have had the pleasure working with. From start to finish they have been brilliant. Their mortgage team are extremely knowledgeable and are able to explain things clearly and concisely. Its a pleasure to work with them and I will continue to do so moving forwards. I would recommend their service to all my friends and family.

I am sorry for you experience with Andrews. We became aware of challenges with some customers experience and addressed these as quickly as we could with our conveyancing partner. These issues were exacerbated by a peak of demand in conveyancing during 2022, compounded by behaviour changes during and after Covid lockdowns. I am sorry that this impacted upon your chain.Carl HowardGroup Chief Executive
