We could not be happier with the service we received from the Longwell Green branch. Everyone we spoke to in the team was friendly, knowledgable and helpful, but Jake was our specific contact and was exceptional: nothing was too much trouble for him. We were very happy with our valuation and our house sold super quickly with multiple offers to choose from. All queries throughout our sale were dealt with both professionally and efficiently. Buying as first-time buyers, especially as expats, has probably been one of the most anxiety-inducing experiences we've had, but we can't recommend Josh Normington enough! As our mortgage advisor, he's walked us through the whole process with such a caring and friendly approach that he's truly been the most positive side of this experience.
