GoogleMy lady and me mum went view a house. So she put holding fee down and they didnt explain to her nothing about if shed get it bck or not. The house doesnt let dogs stay. So we had to get our money bck we went in n the lad who dealt with it wasnt in. Someone else told us we would get our money bck. So we rang up n they said we wasnt getting it bck as we dropped out. We havent signed nothing or anything. They basically have people off and they are ignoring us now. We will definitely be going citizens advice about these. Very poor!

He has been extremely proactive, he got us the best rate we possibly could and he was always available when we needed advice. The rest of the team have also been fantastic in helping us find our first property. Would 100% use them again.

GoogleThey are obviously an 'A' team, their performance way above the larger competitors in every way. The bigger competitor was guilty of snobbery, difficult to get hold of and sky high rip off charges , it was refreshing to be dealt with by caring humans and not robots and still have an intact bank balance!

GoogleSuperb Totally professional .Fully recommended..They let my house really quickly and covered all the legal requirements in detail. Don't bother with other agencies I've used others in the past and these guys are the best. Used Burslem branch previously and found both Burslem and Longton to be incredibly helpful and professional

GoogleAvoid completely.. They will tell you a house is available then it isn't and then let you view tell you to apply then rent it out to someone Else without having the decency to let you know. They have very poor communication and not honest in anyway

GoogleCan’t fault Your Move at all. I’ve been dealing with Matt & the team for a few years now as a landlord. They are always on hand if i need to speak to them & they get new tennants promptly. Highly recommended from me 👍😀
