I was recently left a house by my father and was unsure what to do - sell or rent. I was lucky enough to speak to Matt Poole who was professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient and open to discussions around what the options were. Matt was able to identify and shortlist suitable tenants, he also took me through the process of being a landlord step by step without the use of jargon and generally allayed my fears about becoming a landlord. From start to finish the process has been easy and this is due to the support and guidance of Matt and the team at Your Move, Longton. Our representative for Your Move is Lee Mollart and we could not have asked for more. He has been efficient, professional and friendly. Lee has kept us up to date throughout the whole process of selling our home, and if we have needed to contact him he has always responed immediately. We are so pleased at how smoothly and quickly the sale/move is progressing, and considering moving home can be a stressful time, we feel that because of Lee's communication, prompt responses and chasing solicitors etc, that we have felt at ease and and amazed at how simple the process has been for us. Matt and his team have been very proactive from day one in putting my properties in the market. Your Move took care of all visits, background checks and others. After the property was occupied they took care of faulty oven claim from the tenants.Nice is also the Your Move Landlord portal which allows you to have under control payments and expenses on your portfolio.I would really recommend Your Move Longton

Longton Branch in Stoke have managed the letting of my property for the last 5yrs and have been a great help throughout. I would like to thank Matt, Sophie and Mike for all the support over the years including efficient property management and hassle free financial services. Impressed with the service and response times from this Your Move branch, particularly the Alex (as we liaise with him the most). My partner and I are purchasing a house advertised by this agent, and Alex has kept us informed with all processes every step of the way, doing an excellent job or obtaining any answers we might have, or just passing messages between us and our sellers. We hit a snag with the sale (separate party’s fault), and it was Alex who kept the chain alive and strove to deliver for us and our seller. Time wasters, always told they will contact you at a specific time. Constantly ringing just to be told the exact same thing. Knew of our circumstances and didn't seem bothered at all. Last time I contacted, Lee, matt and Alex had a very 'can't be bothered' attitude, towards myself and my partner. To be told we wouldn't pass referencing without even trying or putting us forward for the houses we asked for. Glad we found an estate agents that took us seriously and found us a 4 bed property and passed referencing. So thank you for palming us off your move because we wouldn't of found our perfect home
