GoogleFriendly team, but so many lies in the listing of the house (2 bedroom but advertised as three for a room that doesn't fit even a childs bed in), lots of other details in the listing were the opposite. Their recommended surveyor missed so much that our bank identified and told us our house was mis-sold with lots of issues that should have been highlighted by a basic survey (we paid for the extra because this was our first house). By which time we were in a position that we had to move. If we had known earlier we could have found another house in time for our move.
