Holdens staff were professional from start to finish. Everyone has a warm,friendly and positive attitude. Philippa gave us a good valuation and Jay's pictures were amazing so we had lots of interest. Not only did we sell with Holdens, we also purchased our new home which made the process so smooth. Thanks to Philippa,Jay,Jane,Amy and any of the team we have not personally mentioned. Philippa was very helpful with the whole process from our first appointment. She contacted us regularly over a couple of months whilst we were up for sale and reassured us when things went quiet . All the office staff were great and accessible when we needed and we could pop into the office in Longridge whenever needed. I would recommend them to anyone needing house sale or purchase advice .

We recently used Holden’s for the sale of our property and they were fantastic. We’d had our property listed with another agent prior to Holden’s and they were useless, 6 viewings in nearly 12 months, we made the decision to change to Holden’s and I’m so glad we did, within the 1st day of it being listed we had two viewings booked in and had 6 viewings within the first month, the communication was superb and they kept us informed from the word go, once we received an offer (at asking price!) they recommended a conveyancer (who were also brilliant) and Holden’s very quickly and smoothly helped the sale progress, from the moment we accepted the offer it took less than 3 months to complete and we were in our new home! I’m so grateful to Holden’s for the service they provided and I’m glad we trusted them when they said they were confident they could sell our home. I would recommend Holden’s to anyone looking to sell their property.

We found the Holdens staff to be rude, moody and at times very hostile! Making us feel very uncomfortable and upset. We called one afternoon for an update on our sale and had the misfortune to have Mr Holden answer the phone. Mr Holden was so aggressive and actually laughed at us! There was no care or understating from him but above all he shocked us with horrible attitude and serious lack of customer care. In my opinion he doesnt deserve any customers at all. I tried to complain about him to another staff member but she didnt care either. This was a common theme when we had any dealings with staff at Holdens. Even the way they answer the phone is rude! Communication from them is none existent and we were made to feel like a big inconvenience to them. When some issues arrived in the chain and we needed help, support and reassurance we were again met with bad attitude and told its not their job to sort out! This caused us unnecessary stress even though we are Holdens customers. Mr Holden acused us of being demanding which is completely unacceptable and when all we asked for was an update to our sale and we also advised him that we are your paying customers and he just laughed and he didnt care! We definitely WOULD NOT recommend this agent to anyone. It really saddens me that this review is necessary however, I must stress that you use another agent. I'd hate for anyone else to have the same experience.
