As some has said earlier only 1 star as you can't give 0How can they sell homes with the promise of green spaces and a woodland walk then want to cut it down to build 300+ houses, if that isn't mis sold I don't know what is. This company is a disgrace and not to be trusted.

Avoid this company,do not buy from them.Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Sales team took £99 reservation fee of me with no intention to sell property. I have been advised the refund would be processed in couple of days. I still await refund after 3 weeks,shocking service, no response at all!

Moved to Meon Vale with the promise of a beautiful woodland. St Modwen "pride" themselves for their "biodiversity" yet seek to destroy more woodlands for greed and profit. They're happy to have healthy trees also cut down and lie about Ash Dieback which could have a detrimental effect on our woodlands and their habitats.
