I am disgusted in the customer service and the way that St Modwens Homes has dealt with my ongoing issue! Ignorant, rude and unprofessional! Awful communication and I’m that angry I could cry!!! Never will I ever buy a St Modwens Home again 🤬 speaking to loads of people and it seems I am definitely not the first to have had an awful experience with them either 🤬😡

Communal areas haven’t been finished and despite reporting many issue we are all being ignored. Doors access system not working properly. Car park unfinished surfaces. Wood panelling nails exposed. Poor heating and Hot Water system. Always failing. Broken Fire Doors with internal parts exposed. Very badly designed. Electrcal sockets unusable due to being installed to close to each other.Generally very poorly finished and poor craftsmenship.

Cannot fault the ladies in the show home, amazing customer service and always going above and beyond. However, the aftercare has been awful. The customer service, is non-existent! Sending multiple emails and no response for months. Left with the small minor issues, that could be sorted within minutes, but they are taking 3 months and counting...

Full of lies! They built a town called Meon Vale and when they began the build promised to be Eco-friendly and all about protecting the surrounding. Now they want more money they want to cut down trees that were planted over 40 years ago! The woodland is full of lots of wildlife, it is completely unfair that they are so ignorant over this matter ! #SAVEMEONWOODS!

Nothing they build is adopted as it's poor quality and sub standard. Councils won't adopt because st modwen won't pay the initial 10 years maintence fees. It also means you as a resident have to pay for the upkeep of the estate even though anybody can drive down the roads or use the park you have to pay to maintain

This area used to be beautiful peaceful.Now it's a nightmare.St.modwen doesn't care about people living here in Meon Vale,they want to cut large area with trees and take our green way.We all paid premium prices for houses because of this area and now.They promised us 35 acres of woods and now trying to take it.St.modwen are no longer good to buy from.So upseting.

We bought our home a Bramshall meadows not just for the house but for the community they said they were building - fast forward 4 years an nothing they promised has come true. No green space, laughable tiny and under stocked play area and no ‘local’ provisions. This is a huge estate, they’ve make a mockery of us all.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
