Honestly the best rented experience we have had.Simple Life have always allowed us to make the house feel a home by decorating it how we would like.They have also responded promptly to any issues we have had to the property and undertaken repairs immediately to prevent us being inconvenienced.We are going to miss the free ice cream & pizzas now we are moving into our own home.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for rented accommodation.

Extremely poor workmanship on the building, plasterboard falling off everywhere, walls literally crumble when you try and hang a shelf or TV. Lawns totally water logged and grass unable to grow evenly due to the amount of rubbish in the soil underneath. Would like to say it's a good job I haven't bought it but then I'm paying more in rent than I would on a mortgage so I don't really know what's worse

We can see that there are some ongoing investigations being completed with the garden, and we are working hard to get this sorted for you as soon as possible. As this is a housebuilder defect we we need to work with them to get this resolved. I can see that our Head of BTR has had a call with you since leaving this review and we’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the service provided. We will continue to work with you and the house builder to get all items resolved. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Lovely house. I do wish some resident's on our estate followed the tenancy guidelines as on the guidelines they state no vans however some residents have numerous vans plus a skip on their drive sort it out SIMPLE LIFE!
Hi Andrea,Thank you for your review. We're pleased you are happy with your home.Please note that smaller vans are allowed on our developments. Larger vehicles such as HGV's wouldn't be allowed and things like caravans, motorhomes etc would be our discretion.

Absolutely dreadful Agency, who are clearly profit driven at all costs. Glad to have moved out. Didn't manage to take my deposit with me, but knowing I know longer need to deal with the often absent and unhelpful staff brings me great joy. I'd think twice before letting with this money grabbing Agency.

We would like to take this opportunity to highlight that if any resident is unhappy with proposed deductions from their deposit at the end of their tenancy, they can dispute this with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, who act as an independent adjudicator on behalf of both parties. They will review all information provided and will make a final decision on deposit deductions to ensure that these are always reasonable and fair.

The process of referencing, application etc was really easy and straightforward and quick! Although, after numerous chasing emails I have been told that our references have passed and someone will be in touch shortly to confirm move in time however, we are now week from move in date and still no communication has been received about move in time, paying deposit, tenancy agreement etc which is bit stressful.

We had a few issues with our references and securing a moving in date but since dealing with the new team which have taken over our apartment block we have had nothing but support! We have been assignment a point of contact who we will deal with instead of speaking to different people each time and we have now secured a moving in date! Thank you so much for all of your help!
