I found their negotiators rude, arrogant and bullies when the end results of a property negotiation does not favour them. One actually wished that the property I am going through with another agent would falls through and if it does falls through, I would not be welcomed.

Rude, arrogant, bulling agents. Senior management hide behind anonymity, which speaks volumes! Surprised that they manage to sell anything. Avoid at all costs.
