GoogleScammers! Avoid them at all costs. I paid a holding deposit for a property, only to be informed later that the landlord had changed their mind. Despite numerous attempts to get my deposit back over several weeks, I have yet to receive a refund.

GoogleAs soon as we met Joshua we knew Burrs were the agents for us. We did meet with a couple of other agents but our minds were made up. Throughout negotiations Henry and Camilla kept us right up to date and offered sound advice. The sale of the property completed according to plan and therefore I would not hesitate in recommending Burrs.

Nothing was too much trouble, and all the problems and queries that cropped up along the way were cheerfully managed and dealt with effectively, quickly and with with the minimum of fuss. GoogleNot your typical estate agent - we have had the best service buying with David Burr, and not being local to the area meant we’ve had to ask for advice on local schools and other information. Camilla and Henry have always been at the end of the phone being so supportive, as well as professional and friendly. During a tricky exchange process with a long chain, we spoke daily - sometimes multiple times a day - and Camilla helped move things along even better than our solicitor did at times! So impressed.

I was overwhelmed by the number of viewings they achieved for us, and we sold our house very quickly. They were extremely helpful and professional in ensuring the transaction progressed well.
