Wallace Jones have looked after my rental property for many years. I have only good words to say. They find good tenants, they sort repairs straight away. Rent always comes in on time and they charge me fairly. I've never had an ounce of stress in the 8 years they looked after me. They've also sold a house for me in the past and were brilliant . Awful service by Wallace Jones staff are incredibly un-helpful refused to acknowledge the repairs on my rental property I had fungus growing out of the ceiling in my kitchen but that apparently wasn't a problem when I made an official complaint I was given two months notice to vacate the property, I have requested that they provide a reference for my new property and when I spoke to one member of staff there I was promised it would be with me the next day I have not received this and have now been told that it is not company policy to provide this. I have been a reliable tenant for the last four years and i can not believe that I have been treated like this if it want for the understanding of my new agent myself and my young daughter would be left out on the street thanks to this poor company I can safely say that in the future I wouldn't rent so much as a hamster cage from them. Thanks very much for your help Wallace Jones!!!!!

We rented a property from this company for 4 years. We went for this property because it had a garage and we were moving from 2 houses to one. We eventually got the key to the garage and was soon evident why they had been so hesitant on giving us the key as a massive hole in the roof. Never repaired and damaged personal effects. Then the boiler stopped working for nearly a year without any heating or hot water. We were told by one of the employees what were we complaining about as you have an electric shower and a kettle!!!! They also completed our last inspection and said we had too much stuff. They commanded that we put personal possessions in storage! No upkeep of house was completed at all. After final inspection we decided to move to a more reputable landlord. They have refused to give us our £600 deposit back. They want to use it to pay for a new garage roof, decoration in the house and carpet. House has now been sold! We never defaulted on our rent and never received any compensation as promised by Michael Glover. Good luck if you go with this company you will need it!. One very dissatisfied renter.

Never call when they say they will, do not keep you updated regarding your enquiry, lackadaisical attitude, very unprofessional - when they gave me the information that the property was under offer they made no attempt to take my details again or show any interest in my search. If people are paying for their service they should get a refund!!
