Ive been dealing with Liv over the last few weeks regarding viewing properties, such amazing service, shes very friendly and she couldnt do enough to help . Also Luke who was doing the viewings, lovely young man, again he couldnt do enough for me, answering all my questions, he was very friendly and took time to listen to what i had to say. Really lovely estate agents, everyone helping us on the selling side has been so friendly and helpful - Esther was particularly brilliant, lovely to speak to and handled everything so efficiently and professionally! Also put us in touch with some fantastic contacts who have helped make the other parts of the process practically stress-free. Selling & buying this time around has actually been easier than just buying the first time around! Melissa has also been fantastic as the estate agent working through our sale and purchase, has really pushed to get things moving whenever they've been stagnant and it's been great to feel that we aren't having to do all the communicating ourselves. The photographer was very polite and professional. Jessica Monk was our contact at the office. She was that perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. I thought the service we received was overall good, the team were super responsive to any queries I had and would always get back to me same day. I ended up having to sell my property twice as the first sale was going absolutely nowhere. Each time my property was sold quickly, within a matter of days. I did do the viewings myself because I wasn't comfortable having strangers in my home without being there but they would have organised to do them had I wanted it. Overall I had 6 viewings and 5 of those would have resulted in offers which is pretty good going. The sale price achieved I was also happy with. You are assigned a sales progressor which is helpful too- in our case everyone was quite on the ball on the second sale and on the first sale I was getting every update first from the new build team who were extremely tenacious- but for the average chain this is good to keep things on track. In terms of pointers for improvement- I do feel the fee was quite high, but it did equate to a good service. I do also feel that had I listened to Holden Copley and continued with my first buyer, I would have been kicked off the plot for my reserved property by my new build developer and lost out on my dream home, as the first buyer had issues with their sale which essentially had caused a stalemate. That would have been really disappointing. They did as I wished when I was a bit more demanding but it would have been better if they'd been a bit more proactive in making sure I didn't lose my purchase.

Joseph was very professional, friendly and was completely honest with the valuation, he came prepared and was able to show us houses from the area which had recently sold. The team in the office are absolutely lovely and have been brilliant with communication, whether that’s an email, a phone call or in person.
