House sale following parents passing

Following the passing of our parents we contacted Becky at Jackson’s and from the off we were provided with excellent support and advice. It took several months for probate to be sorted out and during that time we lost a link in the chain but Becky kept us informed and secured very quickly another purchaser. During what was a difficult time for the family, Jackson staff were great, always replied to emails and answered all our queries. Becky was particularly helpful and supportive throughout the process and we would strongly recommend using Jackson Grundy if your selling you home and want first class service

Great Team Work

Rhys, Aby and Sam made a great team with helping us with a very challenging purchase along side a sale too. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very patient and at times went above and beyond to help things progress as best as possible. Good and helpful communication throughout a long process. If one of them was not available, the other would be able to pick up the trail. We wouldn't hesitate to use JG again.

Both Teresa and Richard at JG were great throughout the process of selling our property (our onward purchase was listed with them too). We had quite a complex onward purchase and they, particularly Teresa, were always on the other end of the phone to talk through any issues or queries we had and always had compassion to our situation. Teresa was extremely pro-active chasing the chain and conveyancers throughout always communicating any progress, or letting us know what if anything we were waiting on. Avoid this agency at all costs

Avoid this agency at all costs. The way I was spoken to was rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive of me as a customer. Instead of owning up to their behaviour and offering a simple apology, they sent lengthy responses trying to twist the situation to make out I was in the wrong. Communication was inconsistent and confusing, and any time I raised a concern it felt like they were more interested in defending themselves than actually helping. It’s clear they don’t value their customers or know how to handle complaints properly. The whole experience has been a complete waste of time and energy. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is professional, respectful, and customer-focused, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.
