Although we did not end up completing due to extenuating circumstances I cannot fault Jackson Grundy. They treated our house with respect and were able to secure offers extremely quickly after going on market and the care throughout the process was faultless. Teresa was a joy to work with - she did all the viewings and then took on sale progressor role which is not for the faint hearted it turns out! She kept us updated regularly and was able to provide expert guidance when our chain started to get complicated. I can’t recommend Jackson Grundy enough and Teresa in particular is worth her weight in gold. Thank you for everything, Teresa - here is hoping our next chain (whenever that may be) will be a successful one!

Great help and customer service- Ella Souza

I met Ella Souza last week during my first viewing with Jackson Grundy, and she was incredibly knowledgeable. If she didn’t know the answer to something, she was open and honest about it and always did her best to find out. She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the viewing. We used the Duston branch to help sell our house. Olivia and her team were amazing throughout the whole process. Kept us up to date with everything, so we never questioning what was going on. They always gave us good notice of viewings with feedback at the end. We had a particularly stressful move with buyers solicitors, and I can't thank Olivia enough for all of her help, keeping us relaxed and calm through a very challenging time. I'd definitely recommend Jackson grundy and the Duston branch to any friends and family.

We came across Jackson Grundy when we were house hunting and found our new home with the help of Sam who was so lovely and accommodating. Once the purchase went through and all the surveys and enquiries began, along with all the problems that ensue with a long chain, Charlotte took over and made this part alot easier with her helpful updates. She liaised with our estate agent and solicitors so much, to try to move things along. Charlotte was so lovely and cheerful on the phone and really nothing was too much trouble. So I would strongly recommend this lovely team if you are thinking of moving. Professional, helpful and lovely to deal with.

We purchased our house through Jackson Grundy in Long Buckby so already knew the excellent service we would receive & they did not disappoint. Teresa even contacted us on Easter Sunday to advise us that a full price offer had been received. She wanted to relieve us of the agony of waiting the bank holiday weekend. From the start of the process Teresa gave us regular updates & liaised with solicitors on our behalf. Any issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The team at the Long Buckby branch were very professional throughout. Richard and Sam dealt with the marketing and sale of our home very smoothly and we felt supported every step of the way. We were very happy with the marketing too. Charlotte was most proactive with the conveyancing and a great communicator. I would highly recommend Jackson Grundy Village Agency and if we were to move again they would be my first choice.

Wonderful and caring staff members

I purchased my property through Jackson Grundy and the experience was wonderful. My estate agent is Becky Toone and she is absolutely amazing. 5 stars isn't enough stars to accurately represent how happy I was with Jackson Grundy in Long Buckby! I had a timeline to be out of my old place and Teresa was fantastic at helping move things along quickly. From viewing to moving in was 9 weeks and 4 days before I had to be out of my flat! What could have been very stressful was actually surprisingly easy and a huge part of that goes to Teresa and the team.

Amazing Duston Team!

We can't thank the team at the Duston branch enough for their help with our sale and purchase. From Chris' valuation, right through to completion, the team worked tirelessly to get us over the line - especially Becky Toone. At one point, we thought the sale would never happen, due to various delays with our buyer, and we were worried that we would lose our purchase. Becky and the team worked in tandem with our solicitors to move the process forwards, including calling, e-mailing and chasing the buyer and his solicitors, and keeping us up to date every step of the way, until our eventual completion. We cannot thank them enough, especially Becky, for helping us to manage the stress, and for their excellent service and communication. Highly recommended! Thanks guys :)

The wonderful staff at JG

The wonderful staff at JG, especially Steve, have never been anything but brilliant throughout the 2 years it has taken to sell my house. Jackson Grundy was excellent, especially Becky Toone. We had an extremely risky chain where the deal could've fell through due to very tight deadlines for completion, but Becky was a force of nature doing everything she could from chasing the buyers/sellers up and down the chain as well as the solicitors . Without her it's very possible our move may have collapsed so I want to thank her very much for this

Quick and easy sale

We bought our house through Jackson Grundy Duston in 2013 and sold it through them in 2026. Before selling, we shopped around at different estate agents and Jackson Grundy Duston competitive price, and the promise that the house would be on the market and sold very quickly. The whole process was very straightforward, and despite us no longer living in the area, it was all managed well for us. The office kept us informed at every stage of the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We've viewed various properties around Northamptonshire over the last year so have had some experience with estate agents some good, some dreadful! Then we stumbled upon our dream home in West Haddon, we then had the pleasure of dealing with Teresa and Richard at Jackson Grundy in Long Buckby. Teresa went above and beyond our expectations making the whole process as smooth sailing as any house purchase could be. I cannot emphasise enough how fabulous this agency is. From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support.
