I cannot emphasise enough how fabulous this agency is. From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support. If I am selling at a later stage I shall without doubt use this agency. Second to none! Thank you so much guys!

From start to end their service delivery was extremely good. Olivia at the Duston branch maintained communication between us, buyers and both set of solicitors. Olivia shared up to date information making the process less stressful. I would have given 5 stars BUT commission was agreed at a lower %, they tried to charge an higher % and did not in any way state that VAT would be added. This made a significant difference in our payment to them and lacked clarity on their part. However I would go with them again. UPDATE FROM JACKSON GRUNDY - we never received a copy of our contract

JG from the beginning to the end very good. Always there to answer any questions and it was never a problem to get additional viewings. There was always someone available to answer any questions and deal with any issues that arose. Teresa was especially good, she made sure we were up to speed with what we needed to do in a professional and friendly manner. We purchased a property through Jackson Grundy, Long Buckby (NN6) branch. The staff at this office were very professional and easy to work with. We primarily dealt with Teresa, whom we thought was the best Sales Progressor we have ever purchased through. Teresa was honest, resilient and up to speed with everything. We were not overly impressed with our Conveyancers and were pleased to have Teresa on our side to expedite proceedings. I would recommend this particular branch of Jackson Grundy to anyone in our locality.

I am actually struggling to put into words just how fantastic the Team at the Long Buckby branch of Jackson Grundy have been. I don't want this review to be percieved as so glowing that it sounds fake, but honestly... Teresa and Richard COULD NOT have been more supportive to my partner and I, throughout what was a complex and tricky sale period. There were many external factors, hurdles and unlucky moments along the way, all part of a normal house move I guess. But even at their very busiest times they managed to somehow strike the perfect balance between being professional & efficient, yet remained friendly, attentive always took the time to explain everything to us in words we could understand. Nothing was too much trouble! From Richard liaising regularly with our solicitor, to Teresa coaching us through the mortgage process, to their secretary even collecting the keys to our new house for us (which didn't even involve them!). I didn't think that estate agents like this existed, but they do, and they make "going the extra mile" seem like just a regular thing. Exceptional service in the truest sense of the word. Thank you Teresa and Richard, we couldn't have done it without you.

I have recently been using the Mortgage Broker services with Louise. I can honestly say it has been the best experience for a FTB, Louise answered all my questions I had about every single thing professionally and promptly. I felt completely supported throughout the procedure & that everything was in my best interest, rather than theirs. A shoutout to Alice too, who answered my emails in Louise’s absence & even gave me a call to discuss parts of the mortgage offer on the same day as asking the question. Jackson and Grundy Duston - superb

Jackson and Grundy Duston, have been amazing to deal with from start to end. We initially chose them to sell our property, as compared to other agents we approached they did not do a hard sell, harass us, or rubbish other agency’s in comparison to them. Megan and Chris were super professional throughout the selling process and they helped me secure an offer within a week or two of being on the market. Later Becky was superb as the sale progressed and supported above and beyond with facilitating communication between us, all solicitors in the chain and the other estate agents in the chain. I’m so grateful to the whole team for the fantastic service they gave us and after having a pretty dismal view of estate agents prior to working to these guys, I have had my mind well and truly changed. My advice to anyone choosing an estate agent to sell their property is to be careful who you chose to represent you - if they hard sell and make you uncomfortable then the chances are that any potential buyers of your property will feel the same. The team at Duston could not be more pleasant to deal with.
