For the property i rented I was helped by Nicholas who was amazing throughout the process. He was extremely vital in the process and kept me in the loop constantly with important updates, whilst also doing his best to help both us and our landlord. Nicholas was our main point of contact through the move and was super helpful, responded quickly to emails and even faster to WhatsApp messages/calls. He put our offer through really quickly, and then got an answer from the landlord almost immediately! We got our referencing sorted through a very efficient online portal (organised by YourMove), and had no trouble organising a key collection. Very friendly and helpful :) We received all the documents we required, the only thing to note is that the inventory contained a lot of mistakes and omissions - I have ~3 A4 pages of amendments - which is no problem, just worth checking your inventory document thoroughly, you have 7 days to complete it, don't let the several daily reminder emails rush you! All documents can be signed online via Docusign - NO printing required (very helpful for me as I do not have a printer/scanner). All in all, very good experience with these agents, I highly recommend their services :)

I really wish I had read more reviews before dealing with this branch. Our experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. We applied for a property that was advertised as available from 29 November. After paying the holding deposit and being approved, the moving date was suddenly pushed to 6 December, and then delayed again at the last minute. Only days before our move we were told that essential paperwork and permissions for the landlord to let the property were still not in place. Because we were repeatedly assured that everything was progressing, we planned our entire move, booked deliveries, and checked out of our accommodation. We have a baby, and we ended up with nowhere to move and had to urgently book alternative accommodation at extra cost, which has been incredibly stressful for our family. Communication was inconsistent and we were not given the full picture until the very end. We have now had to withdraw because we cannot put our family in this situation again. This has been one of the most stressful renting experiences we have ever had, and I would advise others to be cautious and make sure all documentation is confirmed before committing to anything.

Really great experience. We are two working professionals Who were in desperate need to find a property, within the first phone call, I knew that this would be the place where I would be renting from. The overall vibe and atmosphere from all of the workers is brilliant, and the selection of houses is top-notch, and they are constantly updating their locations, which makes a potential move very quick and easy. The initial property in which I enquired about was gone by the time that I had called, but they had backups already in place and within 24 hours we had viewed and put an offer on a different property. With the way that things are at the moment, it’s nice to have a place where you can trust the word, and that down to earth. Your Move hands down have to be the best Estate Agents I’ve dealt with throughout my search of finding a flat for myself.
