We used WJ Meade for both sale and purchase. Billy helped us find our new home and was great- very friendly and helpful, excellent local knowledge, and very professional through the negotiation process. Michael Whitby then worked on getting the sale and purchase over the line and really went above and beyond to make it happen, in a particularly challenging market and with a number of difficulties along the way. I really can’t speak highly enough of what a great job he did in pushing things forward- his diligence and resourcefulness was a perfect example of how good estate agents really are worth their weight in gold. Now sitting in our new house and couldn’t be happier.

We’ve been working with WJ Meade for decades. We’ve always bought property through them, and they let and manage our rental property too. Am not surprised at their excellent ratings, as they know the area incredibly well, and unlike many estate agents they don’t churn their staff constantly so you manage to build up a solid rapport with the team. We’ve been on great terms with Michael and Haris for years, and more recently have enjoyed working with Billy, Georgia, and Karolina. Great people, high quality firm - can't ask for much more.

WJ Meade priced our property carefully, in close consultation with us, and dealt very professionally with the sale. Through well-organised viewings a large number of potential buyers saw the property in its first week on the market and we were well advised by Meades about who was serious and who wasn't.The person who ultimately bought the property was identified very early on and although the sale process proceeded slowly (through no fault of Meades) they nursed it to completion with the minimum of fuss and a good deal of patience. The commission we paid represented very good value, considering the amount of chasing that had to be done.Our team at Meades consisted of Billy Collins and Michael Whitby, both at the Bow office and both of whom I'd recommend without reservation, if you're looking for an excellent, professional service with a great personal touch.
