Karolina specifically is an excellent agent - responsive, proactive and always helpful with whatever we ask of her. On other occasions we found WJ Meade to be quite sloppy with key details and crucial documents, as well as apathetic towards important elements like check-in reports and inventories by encouraging us to seek legal advice to sort it ourselves when we felt it was a standard part of their job description. On the whole they are perfectly adequate and Karolina's assistance has been a bright spot.

From the initial viewing with Billy, we were given all the time to look around and ask questions & then to the buying process itself - Michael was always available and in touch at a moments notice, extremely helpful navigating some of the trickier elements of the buying process.

From a renter's POV: the estate agent looking after my flat has always taken too long to respond to emails (if at all) and sometimes doesn't read the emails properly. I often have to chase them up on requests. It's a shame because interactions with the other estate agents have been fine.

Overall very happy with the outcome and level of service provided. There were a few unexpected delays due to there being a chain of several links. However the estate agents were reassuring and kept me in the loop.Will definitely go back with them if I have the chance.

Would have been nice to receive some more information in advance of the move in date so that we could have moved in more smoothly. Not sure why you have to show your passport in person
Dear Client,As you are aware from the Applicant Terms & Conditions you would have signed before proceeding with the Tenancy, it is a legal requirement for us to see all applicants in person before being able to grant the tenancy. Don't use this agency they allow their landlords to keep you in a mouldy accommodation and do nothing about it. Also more than likely you will loose your deposit from their bogus deposit protection scheme dps stay far away!!!!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the agency, as a potential buyer. I was surprised by the fact that they kept on collecting offers once I put mine. Once my best and final offer had been accepted, the day after they allowed the other potential buyer to increase their offer and they managed to get it through. Very unprofessional. Stay away front the agency, if you can.
Same reviewer as above.Dear MarcoWe have looked into your complaint and although we understand your grievance and frustration, we are legally required to put all offers to our vendor.We asked both yourself and the other candidate to put forward your best and final offer, and yours was accepted. It was only after we informed the other party that they had been unsuccessful that they chose to put forward a higher offer. We legally have to put all offers to the vendor, at any stage during a transaction until contracts have exchanged, so our hands were tied. GoogleWe are simply over the moon with WJ Meade and particularly with Adam! We submitted our offer straightaway after he showed the property through videoconference and it was accepted and taken off the market the morning after. He was really responsive and gave us a lot of advice about the area and the property itself after all his experience having sold similar properties in the area before. The best thing is, it took us just 5 weeks to complete! Again, top work for the whole AJ Meade team and in particular to Adam.

We chose Meade as they had a good sales record for our type of property and have a long history in our area. This proved to be correct and our house sold STC within 4 weeks. The team were actually delightful to work with. Always upbeat, on time, responding when they said they would. They seem to understand us and our buyers needs well and it all felt very kind and responsive. Great facilitators and a reassuring team to work with. Also no blagging or bs. I would definitely recommend.
