GoogleAnthony Fraser was our estate agent. We are first-time buyers, and he was amazing and really walked us through the process with kindness and patience. We felt he was clear and fair with us, and despite missing out on the property we had the best time with Anthony. Hopefully, we will get our property with Anthony!

GoogleWe sold a flat via Winkworth Streatham H1 2024. I would recommend the team, who were all natural and easy to work with. Charlie runs the branch and was "there" when we needed him; although that wasn't very frequently. Steve was great - his communication was excellent and he was consistent point of contact between agreeing the deal and completion.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Winkworth Streatham. Marc was very knowledgeable and professional, and gave excellent advice on marketing our property. The team really work hard at giving a good service - a separate photography company arrived almost as soon as we had signed the contract and took professional, attractive and useful pictures - showing the house to it's best advantage and to the maximum assistance for buyers needing to make decisions about properties to view under COVID restrictions. As the sale progressed Marc was calm, pragmatic and wise in addressing issues and complications, and gave great support. He also recommended other professionals who did a great job in terms of surveys, conveyancing etc. It was a very reassuring service and the wheels could easily have come off the whole chain without the experienced intervention of Marc. I also viewed properties with Damien - very helpful and professional. Our calls and e mails were always answered straight away. Very pleased with the service.
