GoogleWinkworth's Southfields office did a great job for us with two rentals in the past year, helping us find both properties, and then being flexible and responsive in the process through to moving in. In particular, Elle Moore did a great job, with her colleagues Ben Goddard and Jessica Partridge.

GoogleWe approached our sale with some trepidation and a jaded view of the Estate Agent fraternity but from the outset, Winkworths dispelled those concerns. These are such nice people with whom to do business: professional, knowledgeable and effective in selling our house quickly and for just a shade under asking price. Although the process is stressful and seems lengthy, the team was available to help and calm us where needed, playing a balanced game between advising us and not alienating our buyers. We were pleased with our choice of agents and would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleIn terms of valuing, photographing and putting my property up for sale, Winkworth were professional and helpful. After I'd accepted an offer on the property, the service became perfunctory, even indifferent, and much of the time it seemed they were representing the buyer rather than me as the seller. Once we reached completion and they'd received their fee, there was no communication whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement that the transaction was successfully completed.

Some issues seemed to take longer than we would have expected and as always there was room for improvement on communication, but I would certainly recommend Winkworth's services based on our experience. My only substantive criticism would not be about Winkworths but some of their contractors so always keep an eye on work being done at your property.
