GoogleIt was a pleasure working with Dominic on the sale of my flat in Clerkenwell. He was professional, honest and kept a good sense of humour throughout. He was also really responsive, and was quick to chase other people on my behalf. He made the process very straightforward and stress-free - thank you, Dominic, and the rest of the team at Winkworth Clerkenwell!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe were lucky to have Antoaneta Dinkova as our agent from Winkworth and I could not more highly recommend an real estate agent in London. Throughout the entire process she has been professional yet genuinely passionate to achieve the best outcome for us and this has made the biggest difference and we are overjoyed with where we ended up thanks to her. She communicated with us every step of the way and it has been our absolute pleasure to have her as our agent. Thankyou Antoaneta :)

GoogleBought and sold an apartment in Bloomsbury. WIlliam Blaney was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient and achieved the best price for my property with the least amount of hassle. Prompt, professional and highly recommended.

GoogleMy wife and I were shown around a rather dishevelled property in a lovely Georgian Square. Dominic Fletcher showed the right balance of realism and enthusiasm, as he pointed out the potential. He then had the patience to show us round again and again and again. (And again). Including when we had a huge wobble following the surprise Brexit vote. Not once trying to push us, but remained calmly reassuring. We've now finally finished our refurbishment, and it looks utterly fabulous. (Dominic, if you're reading this, pop round!)

GoogleThere are a lot of bad eggs in the property industry, Dominic Fletcher is one of the few good ones, it was a pleasure dealing him.

GoogleWhat I'd thought would be a fairly straightforward move proved to be much more complicated than I'd expected. Throughout what turned out to be a six-month process Dominic Fletcher who showed me several flats was cheerful, supportive and unflagging in his conviction that all would work out in the end! His good humour, calm and patience have been really helpful, and I'm very grateful to him for his professionalism.

GoogleHighly recommended! We have dealt with Maria from Clerkenwell office, very professionally starting from the brief up until we signed the contract

GoogleWhat I really appreciated about working with Dominic in the recent sale of my property was that it felt like dealing with a real person as opposed to a sales person. He listens, he advises, he's not in any way pushy. And he gets the job done. Would definitely go to Winkworth again for selling or buying.

GoogleWe’ve been landlords with Winkworth Clerkenwell for over 10 years and we’re very happy with the service they provide. They are efficient and professional and it gives us peace of mind knowing that they are looking after our property.

GoogleIt was great to get the deal done which was really difficult due to terrible solicitors on both sides. But I did find the agents unnecessarily aggressive but I understand that is how deals are done which is a pity. I don't think necessarily a reflection on winkworths themselves.

GoogleI was helped to sell a flat in Farringdon by William Blaney and Dominic Fletcher at Winkworths, they did a good job of facilitating viewings and soliciting offers quickly. They were also invaluable in reasoning with the buyer directly when the buyer's solicitor was making life difficult. Genuine added value from a service provider.
