GoogleWe have just used Winkworth Shoreditch to sell our flat. They were efficient, friendly and flexible and really made the process easy for us. The photographer was great and we had lots of interest through them. Once we found a buyer they kept involved and were very helpful in keeping us up to date and giving us useful advice on more than one occasion. Would highly recommend

GoogleOur experience with Winkworth was largely a very positive experience thanks to Sean Ward who went above and beyond in helping secure our new flat. We initially tried to purchase another flat in the same block but unfortunately just missed out. Sean stayed in touch with us and when another came available got in touch with us before it hit the market. I would highly recommend working with Sean as he was always professional, helpful and friendly. My only issues with Winkworth were with the Sales Manager Rory Willmott, who I would advise for you to avoid at all costs. He was rude, aggressive and pushy - not someone you want to be dealing with when trying to buy a new place.

GoogleI've just sold my property with Winkworth, who were the second set of agents I used in the sale process. Even before I transferred over from the other agent, Sean really took the time to go through everything with me and I found him to be professional and reassuring. Throughout the whole process, Dhruv did a great job of keeping me updated, whether it was viewings or conveyance matters. Really happy with their service!

GoogleWe have just purchased a property through Winkworths Shoreditch and have been very pleased and impressed with their service. From start to finish Rory Wilmott has been a pleasure to work with. He is professional, courteous, efficient and helpful, and we felt that he was a considerate negotiator for both sides. The vendors were in New Zealand but this did not cause delays in communication between the parties and Rory always responded promptly and also was proactive in moving the conveyance along and keeping us informed of all developments. We would recommend this agent. They also happen to have great premises in Brick Lane!

GoogleWinkworth Shoreditch is my estate agent of choice. I use several agents across London as I manage let properties and only wish that I could always work with this company. They are professional, communicate well, both with landlords and tenants, and offer a good value service. Unlike other agents there is not a high turnover of staff so that when I call I can immediately speak to someone who knows my properties. Many thanks to James and his team.

GoogleI have regular dealings with the team in the Winkworth Shoreditch office. Everyone in the office is helpful, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the area and the market in general. If you are a Tenant or a Landlord in and around the Shoreditch/Brick Lane area, I would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Winkworth in Brick Lane. Excellent all round.

GoogleI used Winkworths to sell my house in Buxton Street. I had issues with the property I was purchasing resulting in my sale taking longer than anticipated. Throughout the process Sean and Dhruv provided a thoroughly professional and enthusiastic service. They maintained excellent communication with my buyers which undoubtedly helped retain them through the unexpectedly long sale. I would not hesitate in recommending them.
