GoogleWas an excellent experience working with their agent Lucien. He was incredibly patient and responsive as we are relocating from Chicago to London. Was even willing to take a video of the property for us so we could see it remotely. The entire staff has been patience through this process and helping us navigate even with the 6 hour time difference. Would highly recommend working with them.

GoogleI have just today sold my flat through Winksworth. I was working with Sean and Dhruv who were excellent from start to finish and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I was previously with another well known agent who were nice but completely useless with the marketing of my flat. Within 2 weeks of being with Winksworth I had more viewings than 3 months with the other agent Highly recommend

GoogleOverall, we had a good experience with Winkworth Shoreditch agents. Everyone was very friendly and easy to get in touch with. Really thankful for Ellisha for providing all of the important details and waiting at the office (after closing time) to give us our keys because we were running late. The only thing that I thought was odd was that we dealt with 3 different people in the office throughout the whole process. However, I'm not from the UK so I'm not sure if that is standard practice here.

GoogleI just exchange on a flat through Winkworth Shoreditch. Dhruv and Sean have been really patient with us and very professional through a somewhat protracted transaction (difficult market, specific circumstances, etc). They have always been very responsive at short notice and made sure there was no miscommunication between the different stakeholders - seller, solicitors, valuations, lender, etc. I would recommend them and would not hesitate to work with them again. GoogleWinkworths have worked on my behalf for 7 years now and I have found them to be consistently hard working, determined and passionate. I have found the Sales Directors in sales and lettings to be just so much keener and more imaginative than the competition. Most recently I have been lucky enough to deal with Sean Ward who was outstanding. The communication at all levels with Winkworth has been consistently brilliant, they are collaborative and easy to work with. Above all they are embedded in the area, understand the local market better than the competition and understand what makes it so appealing to buyers and renters.

GoogleI’ve just sold my property through Winkworth - Shoreditch branch. Working directly with Dhruv and Sean I had a really great experience. Very helpful, very transparent, not at all pushy, and very responsive. Things that I haven’t experienced with other estate agents. They were both a joy to work with and we managed to get a sale in what has been a tough market for sellers. Thank you both Dhruv and Sean - I will miss working with you both.

GoogleIt was a tricky time for me finding a place in East London at such short notice. I was lucky to find Daniel who went above and beyond his duty of helping me land a lovely flat in Corfield St. He came out countless times to show us the flat, we took measurements etc and his after care was fantastic. Thanks Daniel for all your help. Amended 1. Such a shame we now have to amend this review. Upon leaving the property we realised that Winkworth withdrew the money from a secured deposit scheme without our consent and gave it directly to the landlord who has consequently failed to reimburse our deposit. We are now going through litigation and various stressful endeavours to retrieve our money. I have to put 1 star in the field to post this, but they are not worthy of any. Amended 2. Upon reflection Winkworth were very helpful in helping me get my deposit back. There was a miscommunication about the deposit scheme. Each member of the team were proactive in helping me ascertain my deposit. I believe 3 stars is a fair review.

Dhruv responded to my many many e-mails near real-time every time with detailed, considered, helpful replies.
