We sold our flat through Winkworth Blackheath in May 2021. The service we received throughout the process, particularly from Kirsty and Nicola, was professional while still being personalised. We would recommend to others looking to sell in the area.

Alison and Gibson are 2 professional estate agents. They have helped me and my partner without ever being too pushy. They are honestly a delight to deal with. I also want to add that all winkworth flats we 've seen are in beautiful conditions. Highly recommended!

Very professional and helpful agents. They assisted us in buying our first home. All our queries were dealt with quickly and the agents also make us feel reassured throughout the buying process. They open on weekends too, which is a bonus as a lot of people cannot handle property matters during the weekdays due to work. Highly recommend!

They cancelled a viewing after I arrived at a property because they didn’t manage correct keys. It took more than one hour to go there from my flat and I waste of my time and money a lot.

We have various contractors and cleaners going into many of the properties and now and again share keys with other agents. I am sorry we let down on this instance. The most professional of all the estate agents that I dealt with when trying to find a house in the area. Good communication and always phoned you back if you left a message. I'm not planning on moving anytime soon but if I did I would use them.

We recently purchased through Winkworth Blackheath, During out search they were very helpful showing us a number of different properties in the area to help us identify the type of home we were looking for. The team at Winkworth are all very professional and this shows in the service you receive from start to finish in the purchase process. We were kept up to date all the way through our purchase, the in house team are very good at keeping this moving with effective communication across all parties (solicitors, sellers, buyers, surveyors etc). I have rented a property through Winkworh in Blackheath as a tenant for the last 2 years. From the moment I expressed an interest in the property to when the time came to terminate the lease I have always found the staff extremely helpful. They have always maintained a very high customer service, have always been polite, friendly and very approachable and were always very quick to address any problems that I reported on the property. If I wer to rent again in the future I would always try and use Winkworth as the estate agents.

I rented through Winkworth Blackheath for almost 6 years. They made everything very easy and dealt with all issues efficiently and professionally throughout my tenancy. I have had some issues with the utility supplier with my closing statement and an unexpected and incorrect bill of £980! Joanne McGarrigle has been brilliant in helping me to resolve it, even though I'm no longer a tenant. 5 stars and then some(!) for epitomising what good customer service is.
