GoogleHaving used Winkworth to market our sale through the Covid crisis I would not hesitate to recommend their services to other owners. They have been very proactive and although the initial sale fell through due to a chain collapse, this did not deter them to find an alternative buyer within 2 months of re-marketing, in a difficult market. GoogleIf i could give negative stars than I would as they are that bad. No communication AT ALL, complete lack of empathy, rude to tenants (which I formally companied about and then nothing really happened...) and just a complete lack of care overall. When we left our rented flat and started the deposit return process, they suddenly went quite. It's been 2 months and no amount of calls or emails will get them to respond and now we're in limbo waiting for our money to be returned to us. It's just unprofessional and lazy. Do not rent with these guys - they will not be helpful at all!

GoogleI would highly recommend Winkworth. When I first enquired about rental properties I spoke to someone in sales who was also extremely knowledgable in lettings. He was able to advise me and got me booked in for viewings the same day. I have since moved in to the flat I rented through them and can say the whole experience was completely stress free!
