My family and I have been pleasantly surprised at how genuinely sincere and considerate she was in arranging our repairs and the urgency with which she did. GoogleCouldn't recommend them more, been renting in the UK for 10 years by far they were the best agency. They were kind, fast and accommodating. Alison, Jess and Natalie took care of everything and ensured the apartment was prepared to the best standards, and continued to offer support even after the contract signing. Best agency in London! Edit: rating dropped to 2 stars, horrible and frustrating post-rent services. Three months into tenancy plagued with issues (e.g. yellow bath water, mold in the washer, stove / oven both had to be replaced), and the response time is horrible. I still have yellow water running in the bathtub for 3 months straight and agent is not responding to emails. Ill update review accordingly.

GoogleWinkworths have been such a brilliant letting agent and management company - really friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. The management side of the company - especially the fantastic Abbi - are second to none. Always on hand, quick to respond and to get any issues sorted. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleWe had a difficult sale mostly due to difficult solicitors but Guy and team went over and beyond to make it happen. Couldn't recommend enough. Happy we didn't go for an online broker as sale would surely have fallen through. Fair pricing. thanks.

GoogleWorking with Winkworth on the sale of our property and the purchase of a house has been a wonderfully smooth experience. Guy and Nick in particular were always very helpful and friendly, and clearly had our best interests at heart, which is not always the case with estate agents in my experience. We have felt really pampered throughout the process, and our queries were always met with a smile and a prompt answer. The team did a fantastic job at chasing other agents and solicitors in the chain to move things along for us. We have now exchanged and know we owe it all to the awesome team at Winkworth!

GoogleI would recommend Winkworth, they're all friendly and professional. I'm moving home soon. I won't be renting through Winkworths which means I won't have Megan as my property manager anymore which is a real shame. I will miss her, she's been so friendly, helpful and professional. She has always dealt with any issues at the flat quickly and has also been a good friend over email during this pandemic.

GoogleDo not try using this agent. Booked a viewing, the first time get there, they said the confirmation email with place and precise time is not the real confirmation. The second time get there with people calling for confirmation but still no one there as they later on said it was taken. When I arrived at the door, a few people also waiting outside with no agent show up because of the stupid system and bad management.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
