GoogleVery disappoint with the service. Booked a viewing to buy a property but the agent called and cancel the viewing stating structural issue with the property when there is only cosmetic issue. Very unprofessional and possible targeted selling applied. Sellers beware

GoogleVery quick response time after I mentioned my lights not working. Electricians have arrived not long afterwards and did a great job on the lights!

GoogleIf you are on DSS then you don't deserve a roof on your head according to this place. Spoke to a man who took my details and as soon as I mentioned benefits was a hurry to slam the phone down. Spoke to a woman the day after and again she put the phone down after saying the owner doesn't accept dss because of the bank even doe I didn't say what property I called for.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWe had the worst experience with this agency. At the first viewing, the woman came with wrong keys, so I made my way to the flat for nothing. She said she would call when she gets the right keys. Never did. Later I found an amazing studio on Zoopla, contacted the agent again, went for a viewing and loved it. We agreed on all details, I told her we can move in in two weeks after honeymoon. She had no problem with that, so we paid the holding deposit, sent all the paperwork and left for holiday. Later she started emailing us that we have to meet the landlord, when we told her we would be back in over a week, she emailed us to call her when we get back. I called immediately as I was scared something happened with our application. On the phone, she told me that she cannot hold the flat because we are away for so long (even though we told her) and that they will keep inserting and doing viewings and if it’s free when we come back, we can have it, if not, we will get money back. I tried to suggest we could call the landlord at least, but everything I said, her reaction was “Call me when you’re “. Two days before we came back, my husband emailed her asking how is it looking with the flat and she just answered that I have to call her on Monday. So I called her on Monday. I called the office four times, she tried to call me once when I was at work super busy. Then she emailed how she tried to reach me (1:4!) and that the flat has been rented to someone else because we were gone and we weren’t willing to communicate via email or phone enough! And then she said that we didn’t tell her we were going away for two weeks but just for weekend! So in the end, she gave the flat to someone else because she didn’t listen properly. We turned down other viewings, we were chill and thought we were safe. After we came back, I had a looot of trouble with my previous landlord as I already told him I was leaving. We lost over a week of searching for a flat because she didn’t tell us straight away. And that’s not it. Now, over a week and a half after we came back, I found the flat still inserting, and even for cheaper. So that either means that she lied to us and they just didn’t want to give it to us or the other person decided not to take and she didn’t want to contact us. In conclusion, worst communication ever. We lost a lot of opportunities on good places, money and nerves because of fake promise from a woman called Behnaz.

Suitable tenants were found quickly, the paperwork was arranged without fuss and we were kept "in the loop" the whole time. GooglePurchased a house through Winkworth, Kevin & Shilpa who assisted with the transaction to get my offer accepted and the sale over the line were always very helpful and readily available to deal with any issues. Would definitely go back to them for any future property needs.
