GoogleSimpy outstanding. Annabel went above and beyond what was expected to get this over the line. When she was away, notwithstanding the time difference, she was exactly the same. Dean covered and again, I was thoroughly impressed. Also, they achieved a record price for the area. A job well done all around

GoogleExcellent services! Marc and the rest of the team are absolutely wonderful. Thanks to Marc, I found the perfect place to stay at St John's Wood, and my flat is still the best amongst all those that I've visited. Highly recommended!!

GoogleDaniel Avci at Winkworth worked with me side-by-side to find the perfect location for my new home. This was all orchestrated at a time when nearly half of all rentals were available and, despite all odds, including coming from overseas, I was reassured throughout the process. I communicated with many agencies and non of them seemed to provide the extra support that Winkworth did.

GoogleFrom start to finish we had an excellent experience with Nicholas Baum, our estate agent from Winkworth. He was very professional and accommodating with showing us around the flat, managing the negotiation, and helping out with all the post-offer processes. We had a tight deadline to complete by due to our previous rental agreement and they helped us hit that deadline. From our experience I would highly recommend the St. Johns Wood Winkworth for buying a property.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience during our initial rental with the estate agent from Winkworth, however the check-out process from the flat was abysmal. The manager of the property, Agnieszka Kostanowicz, was an extremely poor liaison between us (the renters) and the landlord. Despite being called good tenants and leaving the apartment in excellent condition, as told to us by our estate agent from Winkworth, Aggie (as she is known) tried to justify taking two-thirds of our security deposit to pay for fees and "damages" done to the property that were obviously conflated to get more money for the landlord. Be careful negotiating your security deposit with her.

We can't recommend enough renting through Winkworth and specifically Daniel for properties near St John's Wood area.

GoogleWhat an easy, fun experience!! After searching with other agents and not finding what we were looking for, we finally came across Daniel who was able to find us exactly what we wanted. He’s made the process easy and we are very excited to be in our new home. He was super professional and I would highly recommend him and the team at Winkworth.

GoogleProfessionalism to the core... Being in the property business, I have used Winkworth St John's Wood, for many years, both for sales and purchases as well as lettings. They know the market as well as the underlying elements that affect the property market, and so I have been able to trust them completely, in their recommendations of sale/purchase/ rental figures. I always recommend Winkworth SJW to my friends.
