GoogleWe had the most pleasant agent experience with Daniel Avci from Winkworth (the St John's Wood branch). Daniel was sharp, professional, to the point and extremely clear and responsive. Everything (from the first viewing to completing the documentation and checking in the property, was dealt with in a very pleasant and professional way. Having rented in London for 7 years now, this was the first time that we didn't have any mistreatment / hidden fees or other last minute unpleasant surprises - so we do consider ourselves lucky. GoogleWorking with Nick was an absolute pleasure, which let's face it, is very rare when working with estate agents. After almost a year and a half of house hunting with other agents, I turned to Winkworth in the hopes that they would help me find my first ever home. Right from the get go, Nick immediately understood my needs and only showed me properties that were aligned to my requirements and budget. As a first time buyer, Nick was very patient and walked me through each step of the process. During the contracting process, which was trickier than expected, Nick was very proactive in liaising between solicitors. He was very good at keeping everyone informed - even on his days off. Would highly recommend Nick and Winkworth, and would definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI’ve been working with Winkworth for over 15 years in lettings now and they have always been great. In that time, I’ve sometimes used other agencies too and those experiences have shown me that Winkworth really is the best - they listen to what you want, they don’t push what's not suitable and try to convince you, and when you randomly ring up with some problem that is really outside their remit as they don’t manage the property for you - they are still happy to listen and advise. I recently worked with their sales team for the first time and was amazed at how efficient and on the ball they were. They matched me to serious buyers fast (in one case, they didnt even need to market the property), they chased both side solicitors to keep the pace moving, they gave me updates before I heard from my solicitor and they actually got involved to help close out issues. If I had to sum up what's great about Winkworth in one line (it would be hard!) but I'd say - what I valued the most was that they ALWAYS listen and NEVER push what isn't suitable - both Lettings and Sales...just wonderful partners to work with.
