GoogleShifa at Winkworth was very friendly and reliable person. He was very helpful and patient every time we had questions. He always answered our phone calls/returned our phone calls straight although they had so much work to do. We were very pleased to work with him. He is very dedicated to his work!

It was a tricky process due to external factors, and he was incredibly kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole thing. GoogleI bought a flat that was on the market through Winkworth’s and the experience was great. I’ve always had a poor perception of estate agents from my days of renting and from hearing what other people have said but I don’t think the purchase would have happened without Andrew at Winkworth’s. When my solicitor was being useless I was able to go to Andrew who found solutions to problems and worked with the sellers to get their solicitors to move faster. I’m really impressed with the service that I received.

GoogleIncredibly unprofessional service as property managers. Never get calls back, emails go unanswered for days (when there are emergencies). I would highly, highly, recommend looking for someone else to manage your property. I didn't know it would be this hard to simply communicate in the year 2023, but Winkworth has found a way.

GoogleAndrew offered us a great support throughout the buying process, from viewings, price negotiation, up to interacting with all parties involved during conveyancing, and up to completion. He was always calm, patient, and willing to follow up in any outstanding queries we had. GoogleNice enough on the phone and effective communication, but I felt a lot of pressure to exchange and complete earlier than I was comfortable with (due to Covid-19 and being in lockdown in another country), which I made clear on several occasions. The post-completion help has been poor to say the least - always worth remembering the estate agent works for the seller, not the buyer!

GoogleTerrible service, disorganised and deceptive. Held back numerous problems with the flat (constantly blocked drains, broken windows frames, missing attic door, broken fridge) which they have know about for years. They didn't give us a contract to assess until after we had paid the holding feee, deposit and first months rent. Never reply to our emails or calls. Months later, we're still waiting on the repairs. One star is one too many.

Richard and Andrew exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to help my mother with the selling and buying of her properties. GoogleThe agent Andrew had been always very helpful and supportive in arranging viewings and very quick in responding. I feel sorry that we eventually bought a flat from a different agent but if we get another chance to buy another house / flat in north London will definitely contact him first. I would highly recommend him.

GoogleBad experience. Called them 4 times, sent multiple emails and left 2 voice messages to go and see a property. No answer at all. Then received a random email with a property for sale which was far above our budget.
