GoogleThe best estate agents I have ever dealt with! I had been looking for over 2 years and so many estate agents can be so awful but I Shifa was honestly the best. Incredibly helpful, trustworthy and always had my best interests at heart. He also recommended me the best solicitor on the planet and the process couldn’t have been smoother. Couldn’t recommend enough!

GoogleThe sale of my house was a breeze. Everything was explained to me and Winkworths were so professional. They were always available to answer any questions and dealt with viewings and surveyors and I didn't need to do anything. Great service from them. Highly appreciated and recommended.

GoogleWe have had a very good experience selling our mothers house through Clive and Shifa at Winkworth. The asking price chimed with our own feelings and the process moved very quickly from first viewings to first offer: a matter of days!! Their combined experience over quite a long period of time was very helpful in getting this to Completion. All in all, it has been a very positive journey and we would be more then happy to recommend Winkworth to anyone wanting to sell (or buy for that matter).

From the honest assessment from Clive at the outset, to the friendly, prompt and professional communication from Shifa who kept momentum through the process, it was a strong experience. I was initially nervous, having had a bad experience 'down the road' with a flashier K.Town independent, but I'd recommend this Sales team to anyone. Thanks chaps.

GoogleIf I could give 6-stars, I would! We just purchased our first flat and Winkworth represented the buyer. Andrew was always extremely responsive and helped get all of the answers we needed. We ran in to a couple of unexpected road blocks at the end of the transaction, and while the clock was ticking down, Andrew went above and beyond, working tirelessly to coordinate with all parties to get the paper work we needed. He's extremely pro-active and didn't hesitate to roll up his sleeves and problem solve along with us. When it comes time to sell the flat in the future, I will definitely be calling Andrew.

GoogleFrom start to finish Andrew was attentive, informative and knowledgable. My partner and I bought our first flat, keys collected today, and very happy with everything from the estate agents side. I would advise anyone reading this in the process of buying to really shop around when it comes to solicitors - despite buying the searches off a previous hopeful buyer and still took 24 weeks chain free, think they were the only mistake we made.

GoogleMr Andrew Souber has been by far the most patient and efficient state agent we have dealt with. I can't honestly remember the number of questions I have bugged him with both via E-mail and phone call. His responses were swift and one may say as punctual as the German train timetable! Through his clear experience of dealing with sales, he helped us through many jargons and black-box processes that comes with buying a property.

GoogleWe interviewed 4 agents and although most had merits, Winkworths stood out. After meeting Clive we were given pragmatic and realistic advice without any unnecessary sales gloss. Once appointed an excellent sales pack was produced and the negotiation team were always helpful and extremely professional. It was hardly an easy sell, however, Winkworths took all the stress out of the process and I couldn't recommend them enough. An excellent and professional estate agent.

Throughout what was a fairly stressful process, he was readily available, approachable, calming, and thoughtful, and went out of his way to make things run smoothly. GoogleClive, Andrew and team did a fantastic job in selling my flat. They advised me, on how to set an achievable and realistic price based on current market conditions. Within two weeks I had a number of offers of which one I accepted. I didn't expect it to happen this quickly especially during this uncertain time for the housing market. They are a very profession team and I would highly recommend them.
