GoogleUpon moving to London I dealt with Natasha Conti ,what was a very stressful and busy period for us was made totally pain free by Natasha she was fantastic and made the move incredibly easy for us. I found Natasha to be both professional and knowledgeable and would highly recommend both Winkworth and Natasha to help you find your dream home.

GoogleAdrian Philpott and Rod Heffernan were our agents in a tricky and protracted home sale, and both should have 5 stars for honesty and persistence with buyers. They didn't over-promise, but when it got tough going keeping the whole deal together, they worked hard and delivered.

GoogleIt has been an absolute pleasure working with the Winkworth team. From a landlord’s perspective their management and letting has been effortless- Harriet has been valuable and a breeze to deal with.

GoogleNatasha Conti did everything to make our move stress free and amazing, she never once reacted to my stress which I admit got the better of me at times. She is the best agent in London. I hope all our companies moves get to use Winkworth and particularly Natasha. Thanks. Edward and Oxana

GoogleNatasha and Harriet were both so lovely and professional (the best experience I’ve had with a letting agent so far!!). Also so quick to reply to questions and made us feel so comfortable with the whole experiencePositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Google10/10 for Harriet's enthusiasm and knowledge when viewing flats. After working in the area for many years she managed to pick out the perfect flat and didn't waste our time which is a huge plus for us as we are always so hectic! Thank you Harriet!

GoogleNatasha Conti at Winkworths Covent Garden is not only highly knowledgable with regards to the housing market in her area she is extremely passionate about her job and goes above and beyond in helping clients. She is an absolute credit to Winkworths and the team.

GoogleDealt with Harriet Darlow when trying to find a flat when I moved to London to go to UCL. She was very quick to respond and knows Central London very well which was great as I had never been before. Highly recommended!!

GoogleHas not responded to report of water leak for days. Emergency maintenance team is impossible to get hold of and nobody returns your call or even acknowledges that the leak will be seen to. No out of hours contact numbers listed on their website either which is unbelievably bad. Same level of shoddy service for a similar leak years ago so this shoddy service has not changed. Avoid this shitshow of an agency - their property mgmt team is a dumpster fire.

GoogleMr Adrian Philpott from Winkworth has helped me recently in purchasing a flat. He was spot-on, knows what he is doing, responsible and responsive, friendly and really helpful. Would work with him Again if possible. Highly recommended!

GoogleHighly recommended - I've had a few bad experiences with estate agents recently and Natasha was a breath of fresh air. Reliable, professional and managed my expectations - I can't thank her enough for her help.

GoogleI recently had the experience of renting my studio through Wink worth which was good overall. Matthieu Grimaldi and Alex both helped me and guided me well during every step and making this process of renting hassle free for me. (Maria Z)

GoogleAfter experiencing many estate agents who exaggerated the qualities of flats, or sent me details of ones clearly not meeting the requirements I gave them, or who rang constantly despite my asking them not to, or {the list goes on} - Adrian Philpott restored my faith in the profession. He has always gone above and beyond to help me, as well as offering realistic and useful advice, always going out of his way to save me time and money. He is patient, and has always been ruthlessly honest - whether about the value of my property, or about those I'm looking at, seemingly preferring to not make a sale than for me to regret a decision. He's willing to spend time to ensure the work is done right, and is always quick to respond. I'd recommend him above (literally) any other estate agent.

GoogleAs another industry professional, working with Harriet Darlow in the lettings team was a rare pleasure. Quick to come back to me on any queries that i or my client presented, very professional and helped me find my client a suitable property within a matter of days. My client had never been to London before but knew they wanted to live in Central and Harriet managed to find the perfect balance for them between the busy streets of Covent Garden and the more residential area of Bloomsbury. Winkworth were overall a great! I’ll be definitely working with Harriet again in the future.
