When the sale on my investment property fell through Harriet stepped in and found a tenant to move in very quickly, which was just what I needed as there was still mortgage and service charge payments required on a monthly basis, resulting in negative cashflow. He most importantly gets property exchanged by working through all the inevitable hic ups that always occur and still manages to stay positive and dynamic at every stage.
