GoogleIt's been about 20 working days since they didn't return our deposit. They only response is the colleague is absent. How terrible is? When we move the house, they remained two big beds for three days. We were not able to move in properly.

GoogleNasty, intrusive agent who tries to push for an offer in a way that it is close to blackmailing. Even after repeatedly stating refusal of further collaboration, they still keep calling you aaking you to provide reasons, etc. Absolutely steer clear of them!

Rented a property, persuaded to rent for longer than originally intended. Always on the side of the landlord, like to take as much money as possible from the tenant. Seriously overcharging on all properties. Would never use them again. Charge too many fees.
