A shining light in the din of London estate agents, the team at Wilkinson are wonderful folks who look after tenants and landlords alike, even from the enquiring stage. We will recommend Wilkinson without hesitation, one of the best Agents we have encountered and certainly the best for East London. Thanks to the whole team, wishing you all the best going forward.

A fantastic small Estate Agency. These folks will restore your faith. Don't believe everything you hear about the housing market in London, the team here are setting the record straight, one wonderful experience at a time.

I can't fault Jake, Will and the rest of the team at Wilkinsons. We've just sold our house through them and they were brilliant throughout the whole process - keeping things on track, chasing solicitors and communicating with us regularly even if there weren't any updates. Highly recommend them!

Recently completed a purchase with the help of Wilkinson Estate Agents. Couldn't fault them - excellent the whole way through, very helpful and very responsive. Jake even helped me on his day off to make help push along the sale. Would definitely recommend.

Jake, Will + Eve worked really hard to ensure the sale of our house in East Ham + the purchase of our dream home in Forest Gate. They were all lovely throughout the process + kept things moving swiftly + smoothly. We’d definitely recommend them!

We bought our house through Wilkinson, and Jake in particular was a pleasure to work with. Obviously our incentives were aligned, but we appreciated his chasing of solicitors and suggestions to allow the transaction to go ahead quickly (which we both wanted).

They did an excellent job of selling my flat in Forest Gate. They are attentive, efficient and they helped move along the chain when things got complicated and there were delays too.
