Highly recommend Will, Jake and the Wilkinson team! We just bought our house with them and were really impressed with their services. Both Jake and Will are friendly and professional. Will was very welcoming when we viewed the property; he pointed out lots of helpful features we would have missed whilst also giving us space and freedom to look around. Jake was super helpful throughout the buying process; he regularly called/emailed to give you an update and would always get back to you when he said he would. We dealt with Wilkinson Estate Agents for a house purchase. Extremely professional and available throughout the buying process; Will and Jake were very easy to deal with. Having had numerous (negative) experiences with larger/more established estate agents, we were happy to deal with approachable, communicative agents that provided the highest standard in terms of service, everything you would expect for such a life changing purchase. Will was very accomodative and available for the planned visits, providing good insights and advice of what to expect in the area and the property. Jake was excellent in managing the communication with the sellers and making sure that the process was as seamless as possible, providing timely updates and liaising on both ends. Would definitely recommend if you ever have to deal with them.

A special shout out to Will and Jake who each played their part at every stage to get us to completion. From listening to us, understanding all of the development and features of our property, to marketing us online effectively, to having excellent, up-to-date local knowledge of the changing street-by-street intricacies of our bit of Forest Gate, to finding and communicating with potential buyers and managing queries and obstacles so as to expedite the process all the way to exchange/completion, we could not have been happier with the service we received. Somehow, we could trust that in an unwieldy market, with many obstacles, challenges (and the dreaded chain!) we were in the best hands to support us. We knew that whenever potential buyers were shown around our property, the best care was taken to present all features and selling points, as good as if we were there ourselves and Wilkinson’s approach of allocating one agent, in our case Will, to a property to do all viewings (which is so often not the case elsewhere) meant there was a high level of consistency, knowledge and understanding with each and every opportunity maximised. As well as selling the properly significantly over asking price they also didn’t hesitate to help when I needed recommendations for a local gardener, cleaner, etc. I have now moved away from the area so won’t need their services again, but would definitely use them again if the opportunity arose.

Last year and now 1 year later I have contacted this agency as I saw a nice house for rent, something that we are looking for. Same woman with a strong voice told me that the house is too small for me, my husband and two kids. I did ask to see the house so we can decide for our self's,but her response was NO and thays all. We know Wilkinson Estate Argents from buying our first house in East London. They are in a nutshell professional and let you (the buyer) make the key decisions and they don’t try to sway you from that. Throughout our purchase nothing seemed to be an issue. If there was a problem, it was dealt with how you would expect; professionally, quickly and they always responded to your emails and made things official by sending out letters of correspondence. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and a pleasure to ‘work’ with (as buying a house is no easy task !) They had a good knowledge of the area and recommended an architect in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to pass their details on to my friends.
