They accepted my offer and took a holding deposit for me - only to wait until 1 week before I had to move in - to tell me the landlord had actaull found someone else and they would be refundingmy deposit - LEAVING ME WITH NO WHERE TO LIVE IN 6 DAYS.

Dear Aiden We are truly sorry you had a poor experience. In this case the landlords circumstances changed and instructed us to refund the £853.84 (one weeks holding deposit) which we communicated to you and sent immediately. Unfortunately, we had nothing else suitable to show you. We pride ourselves on our service levels, however are sometimes frustratingly beholden to our landlords decisions, they are our client and we take their instructions. I hope you are now happily settled in a new home.
