GoogleAndrew from Wilfords was excellent to deal with - helpful, prompt and considerate. It was quick and straightforward to go through the requirements to secure our rental, but he was also extremely thorough and kept both sides informed at all times during the process. I would recommend this business to anyone letting their property.

GoogleWilfords acted for the seller on the purchase of our home in South London. This was our first experience of dealing with Wilfords and we were very impressed. We were expertly guided through the transaction by the seller's agent, Philip Agius, who was quick to respond to any query we had and who ensured that the transaction was completed in a timely manner - thank you for all your help!

GoogleAfter several attempts over the years we responded to a Wilfords flier. Geoff and Philip visited and we gave them a go. Glad we did as after a slow start they sourced more applicants than we'd expected and...the all-important 'and'...they found an offeror in our indicated price range...albeit with complications. Stayed interested through the offer/acceptance/exchange process as the complications were ironed out...took longer than expected but successfully exchanged yesterday! good result.

Geoff and George are everything you could want in an estate agent - genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and keep you in the loop at every stage. They sold our flat quickly for a great price - what more could you ask for. They advised us on our onward purchase and reassured us at stressful moments. Experienced, balanced and open, we always felt in safe hands. We couldn't recommend more - don't even bother looking at any other agents!

I’ve worked with Wilfords for almost a decade. They consistently achieve higher rentals with better tenants & the highest prices on my sales properties. The biggest difference with Wilfords over ‘leading brands’ is that when a tenancy or sale hits a bump in the road (if there weren’t any bumps estate agency’s wouldn’t exist!) they communicate. Geoff (Wilford) Simon & their team are always at the end of their phones or call you back the same day. Not what you get from a more traditional agency on a Thursday or Friday evening! I’ve recently transacted with them on the purchase of 47 Pembridge villas where I was the buyer and the experience was great also. I was treated fairly, with honesty and once again great communication. Top agency, top people & growing brand. Well done you guys & girls, Christian
