I’ve worked with Wilfords for almost a decade. They consistently achieve higher rentals with better tenants & the highest prices on my sales properties. The biggest difference with Wilfords over ‘leading brands’ is that when a tenancy or sale hits a bump in the road (if there weren’t any bumps estate agency’s wouldn’t exist!) they communicate. Geoff (Wilford) Simon & their team are always at the end of their phones or call you back the same day. Not what you get from a more traditional agency on a Thursday or Friday evening! I’ve recently transacted with them on the purchase of 47 Pembridge villas where I was the buyer and the experience was great also. I was treated fairly, with honesty and once again great communication. Top agency, top people & growing brand. Well done you guys & girls, Christian

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Geoff and George are everything you could want in an estate agent - genuine, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and keep you in the loop at every stage. They sold our flat quickly for a great price - what more could you ask for. They advised us on our onward purchase and reassured us at stressful moments. Experienced, balanced and open, we always felt in safe hands. We couldn't recommend more - don't even bother looking at any other agents!

GoogleThis was the easiest and fastest rental process of my life. I found the apartment on Zoopla, called the office, and Laylah promptly scheduled a viewing for the next hour. The place was lovely, and I put in an offer right away. A few weeks later, I’m moving in. The entire process was very smooth, and the email communication was clear and straightforward.
