Worked with Cameron throughout the whole process. He tried to remove my stress of finding a place remotely from Canada without having status (yet at the time), answering my questions in a timely manner (this was really exceptional- using modern communication tools, while lots of agents I dealt before did not), working with the landlord and me in a seem less manner that I would be totally isolated from any dilemma, clarifying all the conditions and rules in the UK (obviously we have different rules in other countries), last but definitely not least helping with my move with his colleague (Sorry for having six 32kg luggage to be carried up to stairs)… my big thank you Cameron for your help …

After having struggled a lot with finding an apartment to rent, Samson helped our dream come true. Not only did he find us an apartment in the exact way we wanted it but he also did that within a day, which is what we needed as we were leaving the UK for the summer. Working with Cameron was a delightful process. He was responsive from the first call , even for the smallest details. The flat was a popular one and had multiple bidders - Cameron was upfront with me and candid about the process. I felt he was working with me to get this done and he eventually made it happen. Amazing from start to finish. I’ve had multiple experiences with realtors in London prior to renting through Whetherell, both positive and negative, but Wetherell has exceeded all of them by far. From the beginning on Ellie listened to what I was looking for and didn’t waste time showing me anything else, instead she was laser focused and super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I found Asta, and indeed everyone I dealt with, to be very professional, especially as we were searching for a property during the Covid lockdown. I felt that Asta was representing me to the landlord, and although as an estate agent I know the job is to work for both sides, I felt informed throughout and that the process was clear. I was quickly able to go and see the property again once the previous tenants had moved out, which was really helpful. Wetherell is the only place to go if you want a flat in Mayfair. Highly professional, organised and knowledgeable team. Especially Cameron. We told him our expectations only once and he found and showed us 2-3 perfect options in 24 hours. All were the right size, within budget and in the exact location that we wanted! He was also honest while guiding us through our options to help us decide which flat would suit our family most as we were viewing virtually during lockdown. The whole process from start to finish was phenomenal. Asta was a real life genie, I told her my wishes and requirements and she understood what my needs where from the get go! she was patient, listened and helped negotiate the transaction from start to finish. Possibly the worst letting service ever. I had booked a viewing for a house in marylebone and as I noticed the negotiator wasn’t showing up I tried calling and no one answered. I then proceeded to call the agency and they informed me that the house could not be viewed that day and they would have to reschedule. The same happened with another property but this time they told me the property was already let. No one contacted me beforehand leaving me stranded on the other side of London in respect to my current apartment. Do yourself a favor and choose a more competent letting agency.
