GoogleWe used Westmount Estates for the sale of our house and my Mums house. We dealt mostly with Danny, sometimes Adrian. This applies to them both. We found them to be so helpful, supportive, friendly and excellent at keeping us up to date with things. They were completely on the ball with everything, constantly chasing and keeping on top of everything. We were so impressed with the service, they took the pain out of dealing with solicitors and helped us to keep things moving all the time. Nothing was too much trouble for them. GoogleThe tenants below me rent via Westmount. The tenants thought they could run a wire across my front door step and this agency agreed with them. Clearly don’t know what the legalities are because the two joint leaseholders asked for it be changed when I said it was in the way and put there without my permission. If anyone thinks this image is ok I’d be shocked. The tennants and Westmount were adamant it could stay like that. I had to waste my time calling the leaseholders to get it changed - who agreed this is not sustainable for the long term. The staff at Westmount were rude and if I were to let my property out I wouldn’t use them.
