I recently rented my property through Waltham Estates and found that they really cared for my needs and provided me with up to date information that covered me legally. I was not aware of a property licensing in the area and they really helped and guided me all the way . Without there help I would have been lost . I have rented my property for 10 years and used many different agents over the years but Waltham Estates are the best and I wouldn't use any other agent now . Top class service and knowledgable staff make life easy for me .

I had rented my property on Waltham estates guaranteed rent scheme and my rent was always paid on time and when it was time to sell my property it was handed back promptly , vacant and in good condition Would recommend as reliable agent who get things done . Have used them many times over the years and always been very reliable .
