Myself and my partner recently relocated to a London and rented an Apartment through Waltham estates. The service we have received from Stefanos has been second to none. From start to finish his communication has been fantastic and made the entire process far less stressful for us. Stefanos has been extremely professional, friendly, resolved minor snagging issues within hours and always been on hand when we need help and have questions. I would highly recommend Waltham Estates whether it be renting or letting out your property you will be very in very capable hands . Thank you so much Stefanos :)

I’ve had a truly excellent experience with Waltham Estates since the beginning of my tenancy. From the very first interaction, Faizan and the team have been incredibly supportive, professional, and responsive. Setting up a new business can be stressful, but they’ve made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. What stood out most to me was how efficient and approachable they’ve been ,always quick to respond, clear in their communication, and genuinely committed to helping. Any queries or requests I’ve had have been handled without delay, and I’ve always felt reassured knowing that I’m working with a team who genuinely care about their tenants. The move-in process was straightforward, and they’ve continued to provide excellent support as I’ve settled into the space. I can confidently say they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and professional property management company, I highly recommend Waltham Estates. They’ve been an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Ali and Kashan came to see us when we wanted to let our flat. They were both very helpful and efficient. We felt confident about using their services due to their professionalism and honest advice. Everything was taken care of without any problems and we had tenants within two weeks. The two weeks were simply to carry out repairs etc. They recommended very good and reasonably priced builders and decorators. They were very fast and efficient. We highly recommend Waltham Estates, and we would certainly use them again.

These guys are brilliant, honest, reliable and hard working. Wahab has gone above and beyond to perfect every little detail pertaining to my rental property. I've used various agents over the last 15 or so years, most just took ridiculous fees for doing absolutely nothing. These guys provide a great service with no hidden or extra fees. They were recommended to me and can see why! Thank you!

Just letted out my property with waltham estates, so far everything has been good, tenants were quickly moved into my property. Kashan has been helpful and professional with excellent service. I will write another review further on down the line, however so far so good. Up to now I would recommend their service to others.

First time buyer, this was a long and drawn out process - mainly to do with the political landscape and the sellers not having the correct paperwork. Nadeem was consistent and communicated well throughout and whilst there was nothing that I would consider above and beyond, they were sufficient in seeing through the deal.

I decided to use Waltham Estates to let my property based on reviews I had already seen. From the first visit for a valuation I could see why they were so highly recommended. Totally professional and highly informed Kashan made the whole process unbelievably easy. The property was let within 4 days and the whole process completed in under 2 weeks. Kashan continues to stay in touch and answer any questions I have. I feel confident that their manged service was the best choice for me and that they will deliver the service I need.

Nadeem of Waltham Estates was an excellent agent who helped us through every step of buying our first home to ensure it went smoothly. He was extremely helpful, particularly when some issues arose involving replacing window keys, which he took care of, and he assisted when the seller's solicitor needed contacting to expedite the sale whenever work committments meant I could not do it myself. I would recommend Nadeem and Waltham Estates to anyone, as he did everything he could to help which is invaluable during such a stressful time as purchasing a home.

I worked as the acting solicitor in the purchase for one of my clients who found their home through Waltham Estates and I have to say they are one of the most polite and helpful estate agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with. With knowledge of the Walthamstow area the sales team were able to advise my client which searches were necessary, not only saving them money but time, which meant we could speed up the conveyancing process at our end. I find it so refreshing to see agents that put their clients first and actually work with solicitors instead of against us! Thank you Waltham Estates for making my life easier and taking the stress out of moving for my client.

So impressed with Waltham Estates. I worked with Ali to let my house when moving abroad. Can't recommend this team and particularly Ali enough. Given the dedication to detail and professionalism this team is great for both tenants and landlords. Trustworthy, professional, friendly.

I was a first time buyer and did not have much knowledge of properties. However I visited the best property agents, who guided me and supported me through my purchase. They were helpful during the process and guided me to the best property for me, dealing with solicitors and paper work was a breeze with the help of Waltham estates.

I have chosen Waltham Estates as my chosen agent for renting a couple of properties in Walthamstow. From the beginning they have been consistently helpful, efficient and always courteous, my points of contact being Kashan and Ali. Most importantly, and unlike other agents I have used, the rent is always paid on the due day.

We recently rented out our flat using Waltham Estates and they were fantastic every step of the way. Waltham Estates were great in doing the groundwork and presenting the property to appeal to prospective tenants. They also found us a suitable tenant to rent the flat and we couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks Waltham Estates.

As a first time landlord, I couldn't be more grateful for Waltham Estates. They have made the entire process so smooth. Wasted no time in getting tenants in. Also great support offered to prepare the property - very knowledgable on what needed to be done to make the property rentable. I did contact several agents, but felt that Waltham Estates were the most professional and approachable! Contact anytime and always get a response. Would certainly recommend Waltham Estates

My husband and I have been really impressed with Waltham Estates. They have really stood out compared to other agencies we had to deal with in the past. They have been very responsive and considerate all the way through our tenancy and were really quick and honest in refunding us our deposit. We would definitely recommend them.
